Solana (SOL) – Daily Read
5 November 2026 | Crypto | Titan Macro Desk
$95.79
Solana is attempting to stabilize, with the last price at $95.79 after finishing the last session 1.3 percent higher, but the balance of evidence still favors caution. It is down near the floor of its one-month range, which means the advance looks more like an early defense of weakened ground than a confirmed change in direction. The clear view is that SOL can recover further if nearby support continues to absorb pressure, but conviction should remain limited because the broader structure has not yet repaired the damage from the recent decline.
The one month average is $101.73, and price is below it, while the structure reads as a downtrend, price under both its one-month and longer averages. That matters because rebounds beneath those reference points can attract supply from participants looking to reduce exposure after being trapped at higher prices. The roughly 7.1 percent decline over the last two weeks reinforces that pressure. In the wider crypto backdrop, SOL therefore needs sustained participation rather than a brief improvement in general risk appetite because weakness specific to the instrument remains visible in its relative position within the recent range.
The immediate contest sits around the nearer round number handles at $96.00 and $94.00. Holding above $96.00 would show that the latest recovery is gaining acceptance, while slipping through $94.00 would put the lower support zone back under pressure because confidence near the current price would have failed quickly. The more important shelf of support is $90.14, about 5.9 percent below. That area defends the remaining separation from a much deeper reset, while the three month range of $71.87 to $124.53 shows how much room volatility has to expand once a boundary gives way.
On the upside, the month swing high at $120.77, about 26.1 percent above the current price, is the decisive resistance because it marks the point from which the latest major retreat developed. If SOL holds $94.00, reclaims $96.00, and then establishes itself above $101.73, the path toward $120.77 becomes more credible as prior pressure is absorbed. If a decisive move above $120.77 follows, it opens the path toward $124.53. That sequence matters because each step would progressively replace lower positioning with evidence that demand can sustain higher ground.
The bear path is equally clear. If $96.00 continues to reject progress and $94.00 fails, then pressure should rotate toward $90.14 because the nearby defense would no longer be containing the decline. Losing $90.14 exposes $71.87, with the width of the three month range warning that downside movement could accelerate once support is removed. The read would be invalidated on the bearish side by sustained strength above $120.77, while the recovery thesis would fail below $90.14. Net, SOL is stabilizing but remains structurally fragile, so the burden of proof stays with the upside until resistance is reclaimed.
Key levels: support $90.14 (5.9% below), resistance $120.77 (26.1% above), one-month average $101.73, three-month range $71.87 to $124.53.
