XRP – Daily Read

5 November 2026 | Crypto | Titan Macro Desk

Last Price
$1.31

XRP is attempting to stabilize rather than beginning a confirmed reversal. Last price is $1.31, with the last session 0.6 percent higher, but it remains in the lower half of its one-month range. That matters because a positive session can improve near-term tone without repairing the broader structure. The clear view is cautiously bearish below the major ceiling, with room for a tactical recovery only if nearby handles are reclaimed and held.

The wider crypto backdrop can amplify swings as liquidity and risk appetite shift, but XRP’s own range position is the more useful guide because the advance has not yet overcome persistent overhead supply. Momentum is roughly 0.8 percent up over the last two weeks, which means pressure has eased without producing forceful upside follow-through. The one month average is $1.31; price is below it, and the structure reads as a downtrend, price under both its one-month and longer averages. That combination keeps the burden of proof on the upside.

The first contest is around the nearer round number handles at $1.32 and $1.30, which matter because they bracket the current market and should reveal whether stabilization is genuine. Holding above $1.32 would show that demand can absorb nearby supply and establish firmer short-term control. Sustained trade below $1.30 would instead show that the latest improvement lacks sponsorship and would turn attention back toward the shelf of support at $1.20, about 7.9 percent below. That shelf is defended by prior range demand, while a clean failure would signal that sellers have regained control.

Above the market, the month swing high is $1.50, about 14.6 percent above the current price. It is the defining resistance because clearing it would overturn the sequence of failed recoveries and move XRP out of the lower portion of its recent range. The broader three month range is $0.99 to $1.65, which means both extremes remain relevant if compression resolves decisively. Until $1.50 gives way, rallies remain corrective within a damaged structure rather than evidence that the trend has changed.

The bull path is straightforward: if XRP secures $1.32, keeps $1.30 underneath it, and then produces a decisive move above $1.50, the path opens toward $1.65 because resistance would have been converted into support and the larger range ceiling would become the next reference. The bear path is equally clear: if $1.30 fails and the market cannot recover it, pressure should migrate toward $1.20; losing $1.20 exposes $0.99 because the principal shelf separating current trade from the three-month floor would no longer be intact.

The main risk to the cautious view is a rapid crypto-wide expansion that carries XRP through $1.50 before positioning can adjust, which means bearish conviction must be reduced on acceptance above that level. Conversely, repeated failures around $1.32 followed by weakness through $1.20 would invalidate the stabilization case. Net, $1.31 is a balance point, but the downtrend remains dominant until XRP proves otherwise above $1.50.
