Ethereum (ETH) – Daily Read

7 November 2026 | Crypto | Titan Macro Desk

Last Price
$2,225.49

Ethereum is probing a vulnerable area at $2,225 after finishing the last session 1.0 percent lower, and the near-term view remains bearish because price is down near the floor of its one-month range while momentum roughly 7.3 percent down over the last two weeks shows that pressure is persistent rather than isolated. The key point is that weakness has already carried ETH close to meaningful support, so the next move should reveal whether this is exhaustion near the range floor or preparation for another downward leg.

The macro backdrop is reinforcing caution across crypto because uncertain liquidity conditions tend to weigh most heavily on assets whose price structure is already deteriorating. ETH has instrument-specific pressure as well: its one month average is $2,367, price is below it, and the structure reads as a downtrend, price under both its one-month and longer averages. That positioning matters because rebounds are likely to meet overhead supply from holders seeking relief, while ETH has yet to demonstrate the sustained demand needed to repair the broader crypto narrative around it.

The nearer round number handles at $2,250 and $2,200 define the immediate contest because $2,250 is the first area that would show whether ETH can reclaim lost ground, while $2,200 is a psychological line that may concentrate defensive demand. Beneath them, a shelf of support at $2,182, about 2.0 percent below, matters because it is the clearest nearby barrier against acceleration lower. Above, the month swing high at $2,584, about 16.1 percent above the current price, is decisive resistance because clearing it would overturn the pattern of failed recovery and force a reassessment of the downtrend. The wider Three month range $1,829 to $2,805 shows how much room remains on either side once nearby boundaries give way.

The bull path requires proof rather than anticipation. If ETH stabilizes above $2,200, defends $2,182, then reclaims $2,250 and $2,367, the market would begin converting nearby overhead supply into support because each recovery would weaken the case that rallies are merely temporary. A decisive move above $2,584 opens the path toward $2,805 because that break would clear the month’s defining ceiling and place the upper end of the broader range back in play. The bear path is cleaner: if $2,200 fails and losing $2,182 exposes $1,829, then weakness would likely broaden because the nearest shelf would no longer contain pressure and the lower boundary of the broader range would become the natural reference.

The principal risk to the bearish read is a rapid recovery through $2,367 followed by sustained strength toward $2,584, because that sequence would show demand absorbing overhead supply and would invalidate the assumption that the prevailing structure still controls price. Conversely, repeated failure around $2,250 while $2,182 is tested would reinforce downside risk because support generally becomes less dependable when repeatedly pressed. Net, ETH remains defensively positioned at $2,225: respect the nearby shelf, but retain a bearish bias until price proves it can reclaim and hold the levels that currently cap recovery.
