Bitcoin (BTC) – Daily Read

5 November 2026 | Crypto | Titan Macro Desk

Last Price
$76,135.07

Bitcoin at $76,135, 4.8 percent lower in the last session, is testing whether the market can stabilize near the floor of its one-month range or whether the decline is about to broaden. The immediate view remains defensive because price is below the one month average of $80,694 and under both its one-month and longer averages, which means the structure still reads as a downtrend rather than a routine pullback within a strong advance.

The risk-off backdrop of mixed PMIs and a firmer dollar is reinforcing pressure across crypto, which means Bitcoin has little macro cover while confidence is already fragile. Instrument-specific performance confirms that weakness: Bitcoin is roughly 6.1 percent down over the last two weeks, because repeated attempts to recover have failed to restore price above the recent average zone. The month swing high at $85,571 now sits about 12.4 percent above the current price, illustrating how quickly control has shifted toward supply.

The first meaningful defense is the shelf of support at $75,617, about 0.7 percent below, because it is close enough to attract an immediate test and important enough to determine whether the current decline remains contained. The nearer round number handle at $77,500 is resistance while price stays below it, which means reclaiming it would be the first sign that short-term pressure is easing. The $75,000 handle matters beneath support because a sustained move through both $75,617 and $75,000 would show that demand around the range floor has failed. The wider three month range of $62,235 to $87,281 then becomes the relevant map, with the present price positioned much closer to downside risk than to a confirmed escape above the upper boundary.

The bull path requires stabilization above $75,617 followed by a recovery through $77,500, because that sequence would show support holding and near-term supply being absorbed. If price then regains $80,694 and maintains acceptance above it, the downtrend would begin to lose credibility and attention would shift back toward $85,571. A decisive move above $85,571 opens the path toward $87,281, which means the month swing high is the critical trigger for a broader reversal. The bear path is more immediate: if $75,617 gives way and $75,000 cannot contain the move, then the range floor has broken, and losing $75,617 exposes $62,235.

The main risk to the bearish read is a rapid recovery above $77,500 that extends through $80,694, because that would indicate the latest flush exhausted supply rather than initiated another leg lower. Conversely, holding below those levels while repeatedly testing $75,617 would weaken support and increase the probability of a deeper range retracement. Net, Bitcoin remains vulnerable at $76,135 because the trend is down, the nearby shelf is under pressure, and only a sustained recovery through the stated resistance sequence would materially change that read.
