XRP – Daily Read

6 October 2026 | Crypto | Titan Macro Desk

Last Price
$1.51

XRP is consolidating within a constructive trend rather than reversing it. Last price is $1.51, 0.3 percent lower on the day, but it is holding in the upper half of its one-month range. That matters because the market is absorbing a modest loss without surrendering the broader structure. The clear view is cautiously bullish while price remains above its central support framework, although buyers still need to prove they can convert resilience into a fresh breakout.

The wider crypto backdrop remains sensitive to shifts in risk appetite, liquidity expectations, and positioning across major digital assets. Without a stronger market-wide impulse, XRP may continue to trade around nearby round numbers as buyers and sellers test conviction. Instrument-specific price action is nevertheless constructive. The one month average is $1.46; price is above it, and the structure reads as a clean uptrend, price above both its one-month and longer averages. The counterweight is momentum roughly 1.4 percent down over the last two weeks. That loss of pace argues for patience because trend direction is positive, but near-term participation has not yet supplied decisive follow-through.

The immediate contest sits at $1.55 and $1.50. The $1.50 handle matters because it is the nearest psychological line beneath the market and should attract buyers seeking to defend the current trend. Holding it keeps the latest weakness orderly. The $1.55 handle is the first nearby test for buyers because reclaiming it would show that demand is again controlling short-term trade. Above there, the month swing high is $1.65, about 9.8 percent above the current price. That is the defining ceiling because it marks where the latest advance previously exhausted itself and where trapped supply may return.

Below the market, the one month average at $1.46 is the first structural reference if $1.50 fails. A sustained move beneath it would weaken the clean trend reading and raise the risk of a deeper reset. The more important shelf of support is at $1.25, about 16.8 percent below. It is the main defensive zone separating consolidation from material deterioration. The three month range is $0.99 to $1.65, so those outer boundaries define the larger battlefield rather than ordinary day-to-day noise.

The bull path is straightforward: if XRP holds $1.50, recovers $1.55, and demand persists into the range ceiling, then a decisive move above $1.65 opens the path toward $1.70. Such a sequence would confirm that the recent loss of momentum was consolidation within the uptrend. The bear path begins if $1.50 gives way and $1.46 cannot attract durable buying. If that weakness extends into the major support shelf, then losing $1.25 exposes $0.99 and changes the interpretation from a pause to a broad range failure.

The principal risk to the constructive read is a wider crypto risk-off move that overwhelms XRP’s relative structure. The bullish view is invalidated by sustained acceptance below $1.25, while the bearish case loses credibility if buyers establish price above $1.65. Net, XRP retains an upward bias, but confirmation belongs to the breakout, not merely to holding above average.
