How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

A: You can change your membership tier at any time from your account dashboard. Go to “My Account” > “Membership” > “Change Plan.” If upgrading, you’ll be charged the prorated difference immediately. If downgrading, your new rate will take effect at your next billing cycle.
