XRP – Daily Read

26 October 2026 | Crypto | Titan Macro Desk

Last Price
$1.29

XRP is under near-term pressure, but the larger advance is not yet broken. Last price is $1.29 after the last session finished 1.3 percent lower, leaving it down near the floor of its one-month range. The structure reads as a pullback because price has slipped below the one month average of $1.39 while the longer trend still points up. Performance of roughly 5.6 percent down over the last two weeks confirms that control has shifted toward the defensive side, so the immediate burden is on XRP to stabilize before the broader constructive view can regain authority.

The macro backdrop matters mainly through risk appetite because crypto remains sensitive to shifts in liquidity and confidence, but XRP also has its own problem: recent weakness has not yet attracted enough demand to reverse the pullback. The month swing high at $1.62, about 25.5 percent above the current price, shows how much ground has been surrendered and how wide the recovery gap has become. That distance matters because it leaves substantial overhead supply from participants who may use strength to reduce exposure, making a quick return to the high less likely without a clear change in participation.

The first test is the nearer round number handle at $1.30 because reclaiming it would show that the market can absorb pressure just above the current price. The $1.28 handle is more immediate and fragile, since holding around it keeps XRP within reach of the shelf of support at $1.27, about 1.4 percent below. That shelf matters because it is the final nearby defense before the chart opens into a much larger section of the three month range from $0.99 to $1.65. A sustained recovery through $1.39 would repair the one-month structure, while failure there would confirm that former balance has become resistance.

The bull path is straightforward: if $1.27 holds, XRP retakes $1.30, and then establishes itself above $1.39, the pullback would begin to look mature because lost ground would be recovered in the correct sequence. A decisive move above $1.62 opens the path toward $1.65, which means the upper edge of the three month range becomes the next test of whether the longer advance can extend. The bear path is equally clear: if attempts to regain $1.30 repeatedly fail and pressure pushes through $1.28, then losing $1.27 exposes $0.99 because nearby support would have given way with little established structure underneath.

The main risk to the constructive view is that the longer trend remains upward in name but stops producing defended lows. A clean loss of $1.27 would invalidate the idea that this is merely a contained pullback because it would expand downside risk toward $0.99. Conversely, the bearish read would be invalidated by acceptance above $1.39 followed by a decisive break of $1.62. Net, XRP remains vulnerable below its one month average, but support is close enough for a credible recovery attempt if $1.27 holds and $1.30 is reclaimed with conviction.
