How the record is defined.
A record needs a stated population, a timeframe, a calculation method and a source entry history. A large number without these is not proof. Here is what each term means before you read a single figure.
Population
Dated, published calls that have been scored. Total calls filed can exceed scored calls while newer calls are still resolving.
Verified accuracy
The percent of scored calls whose direction was correct. It is not a return figure and it is not a promise of future results.
Confirmed / Partial / Missed
Each scored call resolves to one outcome: target reached, direction-right-but-incomplete, or did not play out. Misses are retained in the record.
As-of and method version
Every figure carries the date it was computed and the method version used, so a reader can see exactly which rules produced it.
