The boundaries of what Titan Protect research, data, performance figures and tools do and do not claim — in plain public language, before you are ever asked to join. The limits are visible evidence of a disciplined operating model, not fine print buried after the fact.
The disclosures
Everything Titan Protect publishes — briefs, session reads, tools, charts and screens — is general market research and education. It is not personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it does not account for your circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or instrument. Decide with your own judgement, and take regulated advice where you need it.
Figures carry a stated source and an as-of date. Some surfaces show live or near-live data; others show last-available reference values from a research period and say so on the page. A price, level or statistic should be read as of its stamp, not as a live quote, unless the surface states it is live. Always confirm a live price with your broker before acting.
The track record measures whether dated, published calls were directionally correct over their stated windows. Verified accuracy is the percent of scored calls whose direction was right — it is not a realised trading return and does not reflect position sizing, fees, slippage or the order in which trades were taken. Misses are retained in the record. Past results do not indicate or guarantee future results. How each figure is calculated is set out in the methodology.
Markets can move against any view. You can lose some or all of your capital, and leveraged or derivative instruments can lose more than the amount committed. Only risk what you can afford to lose. Titan Protect is not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of its research.

Where a page mentions a third-party venue, data provider or product, that mention is for context and is not an endorsement or a paid placement unless the page explicitly says otherwise. We collect only what is needed to run the service and communicate with you, and we do not sell your personal data. Reviewed & versioned
These disclosures are maintained as a reviewed, versioned record. Material changes trigger review and a new dated version, so the limits you read are the ones in force. Where a product page needs a disclaimer, it links here instead of carrying its own copy, so there is one consistent public statement of the limits.
