JTC PLC provides fund, corporate, and private capital services to institutional and private clients in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, the United States, Caribbean, rest of Europe, and internationally. The company operates in two segments, Institutional Capital Services and Private Capital Services. It offers fund services in a range of asset classes, including real estate, private equity, renewables, hedge, debt, and alternative asset classes, as well as a set of fund administration services. The company also provides company services, entity formation, administration, cash management, and other company secretarial services to small and medium entities, public companies, multinationals, sovereign wealth funds, fund managers, HNW, and UHNW individuals and families; and international and local pension plans, employee share incentive plans, employee ownership plans and deferred compensation plans. In addition, it offers cash management, foreign exchange, and lending services, as well as formation and administration of trusts, companies, partnerships, and other vehicles and structures, including cash and investments. JTC PLC was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Saint Helier, Jersey.
